Cinnapear Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 pears, quartered and cores removed
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • place the pears, banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a blender. cover, and puree until smooth. pour into glasses to serve.
