Spicy Collard Greens
Ingredients

-  6 slices bacon 
-  1 bunch collard greens, rinsed and trimmed 
-  1/3 cup vinegar 
-  salt to taste 
-  ground black pepper to taste 
-  ground cayenne pepper to taste

Ready Time: 1 hr 
- place bacon in a large, deep skillet. cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. 
- bring a large pot of water to a boil. add collard greens, bacon (with grease), vinegar, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
