Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 over medium-high heat, saute minced onion and ginger in 1 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan until soft, about 5 minutes.
