Baked Brandied Cranberries

Ingredients

- 2 (12 ounce) bags cranberries
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 place the cranberries in a glass 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- 2 cover the cranberries with the 2 cups of sugar; do not stir.
- 3 cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- 4 bake 50-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven; until the cranberries burst.
- 5 remove from oven. remove foil and stir. let stand 10 minutes.
- 6 drizzle with the brandy. stir in the 1/3 cup of sugar.
- 7 cool to room temperature; then refrigerate.
