Banana-mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 place 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 sliced banana, and 1/2 mango (peeled and sliced) into a blender.
  • 2 puree the mixture until it's smooth.
