Apple Brownies (no Chocolate)

Ingredients
- Servings: 15
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
- 3 -4 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped small in a food processor
- 1 cup crushed walnuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
- 3 add chopped apples, yogurt and vanilla and mix until moist.
- 4 pour in 9x13 greased baking dish.
- 5 bake 50 minutes.
