Asparagus Dijonnaise

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 steam asparagus until spears turn bright green and are barely tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
  • 2 rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • 3 mix mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  • 4 serve asparagus with sauce for dipping or spoon sauce over asparagus spears when serving on a plate.
