- 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 steam asparagus until spears turn bright green and are barely tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
