Baby Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 15 new baby potatoes (about golf ball size or smaller)
- virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- salt
- cracked black peppercorns
- flat-leaf italian parsley
Recipe
- 1 wash and lightly scrub potatoes.
- 2 do not peel.
- 3 boil potatoes in a pot until tender.
- 4 do not overboil.
- 5 drain potatoes and place into a serving bowl.
