Black Bean Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 ounces black beans, drained
  • 8 ounces salsa, any flavor and heat level you like
  • 1 bunch cilantro, 1 fresh handful
  • 1 garlic clove, paper removed

Recipe

  • 1 place garlic clove in food processor and chop until fine. add black beans, salsa and cilantro and process until smooth. refirgerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend. serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, etc.
