Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Recipe

  • 1 mix together.
  • 2 best if left overnight.
