Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, undrained
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil, onion, garlic and cumin over medium heat until onion starts to brown.
- 2 add the beans and their juice.
- 3 stir.
- 4 simmer the beans covered for about 15-20minutes.
- 5 stir occasionally.
- 6 enjoy!
