Black Beans For A Lazy Day

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, undrained

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil, onion, garlic and cumin over medium heat until onion starts to brown.
  • 2 add the beans and their juice.
  • 3 stir.
  • 4 simmer the beans covered for about 15-20minutes.
  • 5 stir occasionally.
  • 6 enjoy!
