- 1 -2 fennel bulb
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180c.
- 2 slice fennel in halves or quarters if large.
- 3 arrange in a small casserole dish.
- 4 combine oil, garlic and wine and pour mixture over fennel.
- 5 cover and bake for 25 minutes.
- 6 microwave method: cook on high for 12- 15 minutes.
