5 Minute Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 ice cubes, more if desired

Recipe

  • 1 whip in blender until frothy.
  • 2 variation: for 1 cup orange juice, substitute 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or sliced peaches.
  • 3 or substitute frozen fruit for the ice.
