- 2 cups dried peas, soaked
- 1 cup celery leaves
- salt
- pepper
- savory
- 20 ounces hominy
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a large pot with the seasonings.
- 2 simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm.
- 3 add the hominy & cook till thickened.
- 4 serve hot.
