Araka (peas, Potatoes & Dill)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) bag frozen baby peas
  • 3 medium waxy potatoes

Recipe

  • 1 chop the onion and lightly fry in olive oil.
  • 2 add the peas, and stir in the dill.
  • 3 chop the potatoes into 4 segments each and add to the pan.
  • 4 add water until just covering the peas and potato.
  • 5 simmer until potato is soft but not overdone.
  • 6 serve warm with some feta cheese (optional).
  • 7 also good the next day!
