Bacon Brussels Sprouts (yum!)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen brussels sprout, thawed
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 dice bacon strips and fry until crispy. reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat in the pan.
  • 2 cut brussel sprouts in half and saute in the bacon fat until tender.
  • 3 reduce heat and add vinegar.
  • 4 toss to coat and taste for seasoning.
  • 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 sprinkle bacon bits on top before serving.
  • 7 enjoy!
