Bacon Brussels Sprouts (yum!)

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen brussels sprout, thawed
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 dice bacon strips and fry until crispy. reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat in the pan.
- 2 cut brussel sprouts in half and saute in the bacon fat until tender.
- 3 reduce heat and add vinegar.
- 4 toss to coat and taste for seasoning.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 sprinkle bacon bits on top before serving.
- 7 enjoy!
