Banana Butterscotch Souffles You Won't Believe Are Low Fat

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 spray your bowls (or ramekins) with cooking spray.
  • 3 beat the egg whites until there are soft peaks.
  • 4 slowly add the sugar as you continue to beat the egg whites until they hold stiff peaks.
  • 5 put the butterscotch chips in a food processor and pulse until they are chopped.
  • 6 set aside.
  • 7 using a small hand grater, grate the bananas into the egg whites.
  • 8 then add the butterscotch chips.
  • 9 fold everything together.
  • 10 put the bowls onto a cookie sheet.
  • 11 put the egg mix into each bowl.
  • 12 run a knife around the inside of each bowl.
  • 13 bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
