Banana Brownie Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1/4 cup powdered milk
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 large banana
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large egg whites
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350. coat 9 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
• 2 combine flour, cocoa, milk powder, baking soda and salt.
• 3 in bowl.
• 4 puree banana, sugar, egg whites, buttermilk and vanilla in food processor until smooth.
• 5 add dry ingredients and pulse just until blended. pour into prepared pan. bake for 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool on wire rack.
