Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred
Recipe
- 1 in blender or food processor, process the first four ingredients until bananas are pureed.
- 2 stir in milk and yogurt.
- 3 freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
