Banana Yogurt Ice Cream

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred

Recipe

  • 1 in blender or food processor, process the first four ingredients until bananas are pureed.
  • 2 stir in milk and yogurt.
  • 3 freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
