30 Min. Strawberry Rhubarb Marmalade

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert

Recipe

  • 1 mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in a large pan.
  • 2 let stand 30 minutes.
  • 3 bring to a boil.
  • 4 reduce heat to a simmer.
  • 5 stir and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 6 add one small package of strawberry jello.
  • 7 stir well.
  • 8 pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
  • 9 or pour in clean sterilized jars, seal and refrigerate.
  • 10 or cool completely.
  • 11 pour in 1 quart zip lock bags and freeze.
