30 Min. Strawberry Rhubarb Marmalade

Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced rhubarb
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
Recipe
- 1 mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in a large pan.
- 2 let stand 30 minutes.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 reduce heat to a simmer.
- 5 stir and cook for 15 minutes.
- 6 add one small package of strawberry jello.
- 7 stir well.
- 8 pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
- 9 or pour in clean sterilized jars, seal and refrigerate.
- 10 or cool completely.
- 11 pour in 1 quart zip lock bags and freeze.
