Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 1/2 cups apricots, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- few almonds, peeled and chopped
Recipe
- 1 boil the rice in water or a mixture of water and apricot nectar and sugar to taste.
- 2 lower flame and cook until just soft.
- 3 add butter and stir gently.
- 4 mix in the chopped apricots ensuring that you do not break the grains.
- 5 garnish with chopped almonds.
- 6 serve hot/cold with cream.
