Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
- 16 ounces chunky salsa
- 45 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 place tenderloin in slow cooker.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
- 3 cover and cook 8 hours on low.
- 4 serve with sour cream.
