Black Bean Chili

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
  • 16 ounces chunky salsa
  • 45 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 place tenderloin in slow cooker.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
  • 3 cover and cook 8 hours on low.
  • 4 serve with sour cream.
