Black Bean Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 onion
- 4 tablespoons cilantro (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 roma tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredents together in bowl let sit for 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
- 2 spoon into a whole wheat soft tortilla and garnish with fresh salsa.
- 3 wrap up burrito style and enjoy.
