Black Bean Wraps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 2 roma tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredents together in bowl let sit for 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
  • 2 spoon into a whole wheat soft tortilla and garnish with fresh salsa.
  • 3 wrap up burrito style and enjoy.
