Black, , And Red All Over Vegetarian Tacos

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel, flavored tomatoes (i use rotel mexican)
- tortilla
- sour cream (optional)
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse black beans.
- 2 drain corn and tomatoes.
- 3 mix beans, corn and tomatoes in pan and heat until heated throughout (the beans take the longest).
- 4 serve on tortillas with any additional toppings desired (sour cream, cheese, black olives, etc.).
- 5 mixture can also be heated in microwave.
