Black, , And Red All Over Vegetarian Tacos

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel, flavored tomatoes (i use rotel mexican)
  • tortilla
  • sour cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 drain and rinse black beans.
  • 2 drain corn and tomatoes.
  • 3 mix beans, corn and tomatoes in pan and heat until heated throughout (the beans take the longest).
  • 4 serve on tortillas with any additional toppings desired (sour cream, cheese, black olives, etc.).
  • 5 mixture can also be heated in microwave.
