3 Grain Hot Cereal(flat Belly Diet)

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran
  • 1 apple, small, seeded and diced
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar, to taste
  • 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • water

Recipe

  • 1 microwave apple with brown sugar and cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 2 mix grains with enough water to get them wet and a little soupy.
  • 3 microwave 2 minutes.
  • 4 mix milk in cereal.
  • 5 top with apple and walnuts and enjoy.
