Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1 apple, small, seeded and diced
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, to taste
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- water
Recipe
- 1 microwave apple with brown sugar and cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2 mix grains with enough water to get them wet and a little soupy.
- 3 microwave 2 minutes.
- 4 mix milk in cereal.
- 5 top with apple and walnuts and enjoy.
