- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick cook or old fashioned)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
Recipe
- 1 throw all ingredients in the blender.
- 2 blend on mix/chop for 30 seconds, then turn up to puree and leave it on an additional 30 to 60 seconds until the banana is smooth!
