Bananaberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick cook or old fashioned)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 throw all ingredients in the blender.
  • 2 blend on mix/chop for 30 seconds, then turn up to puree and leave it on an additional 30 to 60 seconds until the banana is smooth!
