Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a stovepot. bring to a boil.
- 2 cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 serve over yellow rice, tortillas, or just as a side dish.
