Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-bran cereal
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Recipe
- 1 combine oats, all-bran, and cranberries in a small bowl to make muesli mixture.
- 2 place 1/3 c muesli in each bowl; top with milk and berries.
- 3 store remaining muesli mixture in an airtight container for day 12 and day 20 (the muesli is used in recipes on those days.).
