Banana Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana, frozen
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
1 cut banana into chunks.
2 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
