Banana Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 cut banana into chunks.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
