Black Beans

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, undrained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic and bring to a boil.
  • 2 reduce heat to medium-low and add cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
  • 3 simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
