Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, undrained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic and bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat to medium-low and add cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
- 3 simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
