Ingredients

- 1 cup rice (not instant)
- 2 cups water
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan add rice and water; cook until the rice in tender (approx 30 min).
- 2 add milk and simmer 60 min or until the milk is almost cooked out.
- 3 remove from heat and add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
- 4 place in fridge for 4 hours.
