Another Bircher Muesli

Total Time: 12 hrs Preparation Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
  • cinnamon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine oats & orange juice & let refrigerate overnight.
  • 2 just before serving add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 sprinkle with cinnamon to serve if you like.
