Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
- cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine oats & orange juice & let refrigerate overnight.
- 2 just before serving add remaining ingredients.
- 3 sprinkle with cinnamon to serve if you like.
