Baked Apples Stuffed With Figs And Hazelnuts

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 small organic apples
  • 5 dried figs
  • 20 h hazelnuts
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (rapdura)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 take cores out of apples.
  • 2 chop figs and hazelnuts.
  • 3 add grated lemon rind, sugar and cinnamon.
  • 4 add 1 tbs juice from the lemon.
  • 5 press fig mixture into apples.
  • 6 spoon 2 tbs lemon juice over the apples.
  • 7 bake at 180 c for 15 minutes.
