Ingredients

- 2 quarts stewed tomatoes
- 3 (16 ounce) cans vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 5 large carrots, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 dashes tabasco sauce
- 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Recipe
- 1 combine everything but mixed vegetables in the slow cooker.
- 2 cover & cook 8-10 hours on low.
- 3 add mixed vegetables.
- 4 cover & cook an additional hour on low.
