Alexander Espresso

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 ounces espresso
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick (3-inch long)
  • 4 teaspoons creme de cacao
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • whipped cream
  • grated semisweet chocolate (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute.
  • 2 add crème de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
  • 3 pour into demitasse cups.
  • 4 top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
