Ingredients

- 4 ounces espresso
- 1/2 cinnamon stick (3-inch long)
- 4 teaspoons creme de cacao
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- whipped cream
- grated semisweet chocolate (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute.
- 2 add crème de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
- 3 pour into demitasse cups.
- 4 top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
