Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (just under 1/4 cup)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel avocados and mash in bowl.
- 2 add remaining ingredients to bowl.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
- 5 enjoy!
