- 1 ounce half-and-half
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 1 banana, slice
Recipe
- 1 place the light rum, pineapple juice, ½ banana, half-and-half, coconut cream, and ice into a blender.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 pour mixture into a chilled hurricane glass; garnish with a banana slice.
