- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook asparagus in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain, put in ice water to stop cooking.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients in a jar, shake well; drizzle over asparagus.
