Best Black Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion,and garlic, and bring to a boil.
  • 2 reduce heat to medium-low.
  • 3 season with cumin, cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
  • 4 simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
