6 Grain Breakfast In The Crock Pot

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons barley
  • 2 tablespoons quinoa
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple, diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in crock pot. mix well.
  • 2 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • 3 stir before serving.
  • 4 add more water if needed.
