Ingredients

- 2 1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
- 2 tablespoons barley
- 2 tablespoons quinoa
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in crock pot. mix well.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 3 stir before serving.
- 4 add more water if needed.
