Bar-le-duc

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups currants
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 wash currants and pick from stems.
  • 2 combine sugar and water; boil for 8 minutes.
  • 3 add currants and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 4 pour into sterilized glasses and seal.
