- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
Recipe
- 1 mash banana, add milk and muffin mix.
- 2 stir until combined.
- 3 pour into 6 muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray or in muffin liners.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- 5 cool and serve.
