- 1 lb asparagus, bias sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
Recipe
- 1 steam asparagus and onion for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 2 in small bowl combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed.
- 3 pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to coat.
