- 1 butternut squash
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 cut squash in cubes.
- 2 put in buttered casserole dish.
- 3 add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
- 4 sprinkle generously with brown sugar, as much as your in the mood for (not necessarily 1/2 cup).
- 5 bake uncovered at 350°f until you're able to stick a tooth pick through the squash.
