Banana Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, chilled
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
  • 2 garnish with dash of cinnamon, if desired.
