- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, chilled
- 1/2 cup ice cube
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
- 2 garnish with dash of cinnamon, if desired.
